Guides
If you have not skied at the Ymir Yurts before we highly recommend that you choose the guided option.

Your guide will plan your day to suite your groups abilities to maximize your skiing experience. This means you get the most out of your day.

We will conduct a avalanche transceiver familiarization session with your group as well as review basic safe skiing practises. Your guide is also available to answer any backcountry questions.

Our guides are chosen for their ability to provide you with an exciting and memorable ski vacation, while caring for your safety comfort at all times. In addition to their technical qualifications, experience, and knowledge, they are chosen for their strong interpersonal and communication skills.
